
Kenneth M. Grunley, President
Ken Grunley has over 30 years of construction experience. In 1988 he and his father, Martin, established Grunley Construction and in 1994 Ken was promoted to President. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Kent State University. Under Ken's guidance and direction, Grunley Construction has grown to be the third largest interior construction company and the 10th largest general contractor in the metropolitan Washington region. The firm is ranked by Engineering News Record as one of the Top 400 contractors in the nation.
Ken is currently a third-term Member of the U.S. General Services Administration's National Registry of Peer Professionals, a Member of the National Building Museum Board of Directors, and a Member of the Washington Building Congress Board of Governors. He has also served as:
