TOM WALKER, DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Tom Walker has 20 years of construction experience with Grunley Construction. Tom started at Grunley as an Assistant Project Manager and advanced through positions including Project Manager, Estimator, Chief Estimator, Contracts Manager to his present role as Director of Preconstruction Services.
Tom oversees both Estimating and Purchasing activities and provides preconstruction leadership in the firms design-build and construction management services. With the growth of Grunley’s integrated design and construction services, the preconstruction group has become a central component of Grunley’s full-service capabilities.
Tom has a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Construction Option) from North Carolina State University.
