Grunley Construction actively pursues numerous projects at any given time ranging from smaller private projects to larger $100 Million + projects. Our staff consists of intelligent, educated full-time Estimators, licensed Architects, and technical writers, armed with the most-current estimating software and technologies, such as OCS On-Screen Takeoff, MC2, Revit, and Earthworks. Our historical pricing database and customized estimating programs were created and are continually updated in-house by our estimators to assure that all pricing is current and accurate.
Grunley provides a complete spectrum of pre-construction services, including design-build and design-assist services, hard bid / lump sum estimating, integrated project costing, constructability assessments, and value engineering.
Grunley manages its bid solicitation process through the use of a web-based software called Bidcaster where bid invitations are e-mailed or faxed to all subcontractors in our database with the touch of a button.. With the integration of a new system throughout the company called Newforma Information Exchange, we can quickly send a link to any subcontractor that needs to view documents. Newforma is a secure, private, encrypted, electronic information exchange system, which allows us to comply with federal standard for transmitting sensitive but unclassified (SBU) government documents.
