This project consists of six phases of complete modernization within this 1.29 million square foot historic occupied building. Grunley has completed five phases and the sixth and final phase is underway. To date, our scope has included upgrades to MEP systems; installation of new telephone, communications and data systems; and selective replacement of fire protection systems. We also renovated the cafeteria and childcare center. Phases 4 and 5 of the modernization earned LEED® CI 2.0 Certified. The cafeteria modernization earned LEED CI 2.0 Platinum, and the childcare center modernization earned LEED CI 2009 Platinum certification.
