Grunley will renovate the historic Center Building to serve as the new headquarters of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The building is located on the St. Elizabeths West Campus. The scope of work for this design-build project will include architectural, engineering, historic preservation, construction, security, commissioning, and other related services necessary to renovate the 270,000 SF building. The design will conform to GSA Design and Construction Excellence requirements. The project will be completed in 34 months from notice to proceed.
