LIBERTY PARK AT TYSON'S

Current Status
Grunley Construction is performing renovations to Liberty Park at Tyson's, a 200,000 SF three-story steel frame structure. The overall scope of the project is to replace the existing façade with a new architectural precast panel and glass system, replace the roof and upgrade the remainder of the building systems and finishes to modern Class A office standards.
The building envelope is now complete and interior finishes are progressing. The Data Center, a central component of the project, is currently under construction and the majority of the equipment is placed. Site work will commence shortly and continue through the fall.
