Current Status

Renovations are ongoing at Liberty Park in Tyson’s, a 200,000 SF three-story steel structure with a brick and glass façade. The building was constructed in the late 1970’s for a government client who occupied the building for more than 25 years. The tenant is playing a large role in the design and construction of the building fit-out.

The façade has been replaced with a new architectural pre-cast panel and glass system. The roof has also been replaced, and the remainder of the building is being upgraded to current building standards and systems.  Grunley is currently working on the re-design and construction of the building’s primary power systems.
