This project was a two-year phased addition and renovation project to an occupied fully functional middle school. The addition consisted of new classroom space and a new elevator. The renovation included upgrades to HVAC and electrical systems, the installation of sprinklers, and asbestos abatement. The renovation work took place in the summer with a compressed schedule.
