This project included the complete renovation of a 535,000 SF high school occupied during the construction. This complex phased project includes complete replacement of all mechanical, plumbing, electrical and sprinkler systems, replacement of windows and roofing, new steel and masonry additions.
This old facility had been added on extensively over the decades. Grunley's modernization created a unified facility that met modern operational and academic standards for this premier school system.
