The Data Center Fitout project involved building an ~20,000 SF Data Center in an existing shell space in the recently constructed CSU Building on the White Oak campus of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). This project included heavy mechanical and electrical work and involved selective demolition, metal fabrication, drywall/ceilings, special concrete floor coatings, access flooring, and sprinkler.

The project won a 2009 Craftsmanship Award from the Washington Building Congress in the Electrical category for Power Generation, Distribution and Switchgear.
