This project involves repairing the exterior limestone facade at Federal Office Building #6 in Washington, DC. FOB6 is a seven-story building located on the corner of Maryland Avenue and C Street, SW.
The project has eight phases. Asbestos/lead abatement will be performed and portions of the facade will be repaired, cleaned and/or replaced.
The building will remain occupied throughout the period of construction. All work will be performed at off-hours.
