This project involved the renovation of a 7,500 square foot area of the Forrestal Building on Independence Avenue, S.W. This building serves as headquarters to the U.S. Department of Energy.

The mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded. The improvements included the installation of a new chiller, condenser, makeup air unit, ductwork, fan coil units and variable air volume units. Final mechanical and electrical connections were made in occupied areas of the building. The area was also renovated architecturally.
