This project included the phased demolition of ceilings and fixtures followed by the installation of sprinklers, fire alarms, lighting, HVAC distribution and ceiling systems in an occupied government office building. The work was performed during evening hours to accommodate the employees. Nightly clean up and protection was performed to allow uninterrupted occupancy.
