Grunley is a subcontractor to Betance Enterprises, Inc. to replace all the exterior windows in the 6-story Treasury Annex Building with new historically replicated and energy efficient windows constructed from mahogany. The exception will be at 12 historic window locations where the sashes will be oak. All surrounding wood trim components will be replicated and replaced.
The Annex Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Grunley shall take all necessary precautions to protect and maintain the historic building fabric. The facility will remain occupied during construction.
