This historic renovation involved four duplex buildings and the exterior of 11 buildings. Interior renovation included demolition of mechanical and electrical systems; selected architectural items; lead paint removal; and asbestos abatement.

All window sashes were replaced and restored. Kitchens were furnished with new cabinets and appliances.

Exterior renovations included the complete re-roofing of existing slate roofs, metal cornices, flashings and related sheet metal work. The U.S. Naval Academy's historic porches were replaced and replicated to minute detail. Extensive coordination was required to accommodate occupied residences.
