U.S. Naval Academy Officer's Quarters — Historic Renovation

This historic renovation involved four duplex buildings and the exterior of 11 buildings. Interior renovation included:
- Demolition of mechanical and electrical systems,
- Selected architectural items,
- Lead paint removal, and
- Asbestos abatement.
All window sash were replaced and restored. Kitchens were furnished with new cabinets and appliances. Interiors received plaster skim coat after patching of plaster disturbed by new mechanical and electrical installations.
Exterior renovations included the complete reroofing of existing slate roofs, metal cornices, flashings and related sheet metal work. The U.S. Naval Academy's historic porches were replaced and replicated to minute detail. Extensive coordination was required to accommodate occupied residences.
