Grunley Construction is the Design-Build Contractor to oversee the design/construction of a Child Development Center in Ft. Myer, Virginia. Samaha Associates, Inc. leads the Architectural/Engineering Team which also includes ADTEK Engineers and Mendoza, Ribas, Farinas and Associates.
The Ft. Myer Child Development Center will be a 51,000 sf state of the art center designed for almost 500 infants to school aged children. The facility will include radiant heated floors in the infant modules, computer rooms, activity areas, a large multi-purpose room and two commercial kitchens.
