Grunley Construction was the Design-Build Contractor to oversee the design and construction of a Child Development Center in Ft. Myer, Virginia. Samaha Associates, Inc. led the Architectural/Engineering Team which also included ADTEK Engineers and Mendoza, Ribas, Farinas and Associates.
The Ft. Myer Child Development Center is a 51,000 sf state of the art center designed for almost 500 infants to school aged children. The facility includes radiant heated floors in the infant modules, computer rooms, activity areas, a large multi-purpose room and two commercial kitchens.
