Grunley Construction was the Design-Build Contractor to oversee the design and construction of a Child Development Center in Ft. Myer, Virginia. The Ft. Myer Child Development Center is a 51,000 SF state of the art center designed for almost 500 infants to school aged children. The facility includes radiant heated floors in the infant modules, computer rooms, activity areas, a large multi-purpose room and two commercial kitchens.

The project won a 2008 Washington Contractor Merit Award from the Associated General Contractors of America.
