This project involves replacing and updating the exterior facade of 8315 Lee Highway in Merrifield, VA. Grunley will replace the existing plaster and window building envelope with a new modern glass curtainwall system. In addition to the new glass systems, the bank's drive-thru canopy will be modified and a new 4-story glass cube lobby will be constructed. The building will remain fully occupied during construction.
