This project involved replacing and updating the exterior facade of 8315 Lee Highway in Merrifield, VA. Grunley replaced the existing plaster and window building envelope with a new modern glass curtainwall system. In addition to the new glass systems, the bank's drive-thru canopy was modified and a new 4-story glass cube lobby was constructed. The building remained fully occupied during construction.
