The Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) is located at Pennyslvania Avenue and 17th Street, N.W., Washington, DC. Comprised of the Old State, War and Navy Buildings, it is a National Historic Landmark. The EEOB is adjacent to The White House.

This phased project was an initial step leading to the complete renovation of this historic, federal building. In addition to life safety upgrades, selected restrooms were renovated and key architectural features were preserved. Work was performed at night in order to allow the facility to remain occupied.
