This project included the modification and renovations to 33 restrooms at the L. William Seidman Center in Arlington, VA. FDIC is the property owner and manager of this single tenant office building. In addition to the 31 restrooms in the Office Building, there are two restrooms located on the first floor of the Student Residence Center. The purpose of this project was to renovate these restrooms to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and to replace any existing damages to the materials and fixtures.

The work included the removal of the existing toilet partitions, all countertops, sinks, plumbing fixtures at sinks, selected flush valves at toilets and urinals, selected light fixtures, and selected finishes. The new construction included replacement of the toilet partitions, down lighting, sinks, countertops, faucets, selected flush valves. Phase I included the restrooms in the North Tower. Phase II included the restrooms in the South Tower.
