This project involved repairing the exterior limestone facade at Federal Office Building #6 in Washington, DC. FOB6 is a seven-story building located on the corner of Maryland Avenue and C Street, SW.
The project had eight phases. Asbestos/lead abatement was performed and portions of the facade were repaired, cleaned and/or replaced. The building remained occupied throughout the period of construction. All work was performed at off-hours.
