The J. Edgar Hoover Building serves as the headquarters for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This project involved the demolition, removal and complete reconstruction of plaza and sidewalk paving, landscaped areas, and related waterproofing system surrounding the building. In addition, parking garage ramps and related security and snowmelt systems were replaced.

A comprehensive phasing plan and schedule of work was developed. All work was ongoing while the building remained fully occupied.
