Grunley Construction is performing a major renovation to Liberty Park at Tyson's, a 200,000 SF three-story steel structure with a brick and glass façade. The building was constructed in the late 70’s and has been unoccupied for several years.
The overall scope of the job is to replace the façade with a new architectural precast panel and glass system, replace the roof, upgrade the mechanical and electrical distribution systems of the building, and perform a tenant build-out. The tenant build-out portion of the project includes converting a substantial portion of the existing office space to a mission critical data center. The contract value of this project will exceed $100 million upon completion.
