Grunley Construction is performing renovations to Liberty Park at Tyson's, a 200,000 SF three-story steel structure with a brick and glass façade. The building was constructed in the late 70’s for a government client who occupied the building for over 25 years.
The overall scope of the job is to replace the façade with a new architectural precast panel and glass system, replace the roof and upgrade the remainder of the building to current building standards and systems. The building will be modified to accommodate the needs of the new tenant.
The format of the contract is a CMc "at risk".
