This project included asbestos abatement and the installation of a wet-pipe sprinkler system, new fire alarm system, and new integrated lighting and ceiling system. Grunley Construction routinely:

Work was primarily performed on weekends so that asbestos containment could be controlled enabling utilization of the facility during normal working hours. The building was fully occupied and all work was followed by a complete clean-up and furniture relocation to accommodate the Government's need for full use of the space.
