This project included asbestos abatement and the installation of a wet-pipe sprinkler system, new fire alarm system, and new integrated lighting and ceiling system. Grunley Construction routinely videotaped all office furnishings, relocated furniture, and removed asbestos contained ceilings.
Work was primarily performed on weekends so that asbestos containment could be controlled enabling use of the facility during normal working hours. The building was fully occupied and all work was followed by a complete clean-up and furniture relocation.
