The luxury condominiums at 1150 K Street feature 130 units on 14 floors with high-end finishes. The building has a fitness center, recreation space, street level retail and four levels of below grade parking. The project, located at the corner of 12th & K Streets, was a joint venture between Tompkins Builders, Inc. and Grunley Construction Company, Inc. (TG K Street Joint Venture).
Each unit is between 850 and 1,000 SF, and runs between $300,000 and $1.4 million. The building also has a conference room; a furnished community room with kitchen; high-tech security with 24 hour-a-day locked entry points, telephone entry system and electronic door lock system in each individual unit; and a landscaped rooftop terrace with seating and panoramic views, including the Capitol, Washington Monument, and the new Washington Convention Center.
