For this project, Grunley selectively demolished and rebuilt portions of the three-level carriage house. Other parts of it were renovated. A new pavilion was constructed. The chancery building was torn down and converted to garden space. New pavers were installed throughout and new landscaping planted around the entire property. A new stucco facade was added and a new motorized iron gate installed. Part of the sidewalks were replaced.
