In a joint venture, Grunley renovated three levels of the facility’s aging patient and therapeutic units to offer 46 new private rooms and 18 new rehabilitation rooms. Constructed in 1982, the 12-story, 72,000 square foot building is a fully operational medical facility housing in-patient and out-patient units, research spaces and physician offices. The scope also included updating public spaces on the first floor, cleaning and repairing the existing masonry façade, and infrastructure upgrades.
