Grunley Attends NMWA's 2023 Spring Gala
On Friday, April 14th, Grunley was pleased to attend the National Museum of Women in the Arts’ Spring Gala at the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC. This year’s gala honored Cecilia Alemani, Artistic Director of the 59th Venice Biennale, with the 2023 NMWA Achievement Award for Excellence in the Arts. Proceeds from the Spring Gala, the museum’s largest and most important annual fundraising event, benefit the museum’s special exhibitions, and diverse education and public programming initiatives, allowing the museum to champion women artists of the past, present, and future.
