Grunley Awarded GSA Project
Grunley, in a mentor-protégé agreement with Matos Builders, is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a $10.8 million contract with the General Services Administration to renovate the Veteran Benefits Administration Regional Office at the George H. Fallon Federal Building in Baltimore, Maryland. The phased, occupied renovation will include demolition of existing offices, break rooms and conference rooms; and interior renovations for new tenant layouts featuring offices, open workstation area, file and storage rooms, copy and break rooms, conference/training rooms, and interview rooms. New/repaired finishes, mechanical/plumbing work, electrical work and fire protection upgrades will also be performed. The project is scheduled to be complete in April 2025.
