Grunley Celebrates Completion of 1333 New Hampshire Avenue, NW Renovation Project
On Wednesday, June 16th, Grunley celebrated the completion of our 1333 New Hampshire Avenue, NW Renovation project by hosting a cocktail party on the building's panoramic rooftop! The penthouse features a large indoor-outdoor amenity space with 15-foot ceiling heights and terraces that offer views of the Washington Monument, National Cathedral, Basilica and other DC neighborhoods.
The newly renovated 350,000 SF building features 12 floors of office space and a beautiful concourse level fit-out with major amenity spaces, such as a bike room, changing rooms, locker rooms, and a fitness center with turf flooring and a yoga studio. Space in the east side of the concourse level as well as part of the ground level are now home to a new golf entertainment center called, “Swingers Crazy Golf.” Along with its unobstructed views the city, the rooftop features tenant space for occupants to relax in the lounge space with a pantry and bar island. The multipurpose room includes multiple TVs and a seating space for tenants to give presentations in a stunning area on the top floor.
