    Grunley's New Training Manager

Grunley is pleased to share that Maddie Chandler has started a new role as our Training Manager. Maddie graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Safety Management and joined Grunley in 2017. During her six years at Grunley, she has worked on several projects including ECB MC at Fort Meade; St. Elizabeths Historic Center Building Modernization; IMF HQ1 Renewal; Fort Myer Barracks 246 Repair; Pentagon Support Operations Center; Fort Myer Dining Facility Modernization; and NETCOM Building 2310.

In her new role, Maddie’s responsibilities will involve overseeing all Grunley training needs; developing a framework to identify opportunities suitable for the full spectrum of employee functions and levels of experience within our firm; and leveraging her certifications and extensive experience in the field to deliver safety related trainings. In the next few weeks, be on the lookout for a companywide Training Survey that will give you the opportunity to share your thoughts on our current initiatives. This is the first of many steps Maddie will take towards enhancing our programs. Congratulations Maddie!
