The building at 1101 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE was once home to Frager's Hardware, a long-time Capitol Hill neighborhood staple, until a 2013 fire gutted the building and left it vacant. Grunley has been selected by Perseus Realty to redevelop the site. This 55,900 square foot project will include stabilizing the building's historic facades and constructing 34 new condominiums and street-level retail spaces (including the return of Frager's Hardware).
