Darius Helton Named on ENR's Top Young Professionals List
Grunley is extremely proud to share that Darius Helton, Project Executive, has been named on Engineering News-Record MidAtlantic's 2019 Top Young Professionals list! The awards honor individuals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities and built extraordinary industry portfolios.
Darius currently serves as one of Grunley Construction Company, Inc.’s five Project Executives. He brings a rare but valuable combination of business acumen and project management excellence, as well as expertise in historic preservation and sustainability. During his 17-year career, Darius has established himself as an expert in managing phased renovation/modernization of occupied historic buildings, with particular attention to quality control. He has been entrusted with leading the successful modernization and/or restoration of nearly $325 million in project volume for sites listed on the National Historic Register. In addition, many of his projects have received awards and recognition at the national, regional and local levels.
Along with his professional achievements, Darius maintains an impressive balance between his professional life and community involvement, mentorship and participation in industry organizations.
