Grunley Awarded Fair Lakes Senior Living Adaptive Reuse
Grunley was awarded a contract with Urban Atlantic Development to complete the adaptive reuse renovation of two existing six-level office buildings to create the new Fair Lakes Senior Living Facility. The project will involve construction and fit-out of 180 one- and two-bedroom senior living units and include associated services. Amenities will include a concierge, club room, golf simulator, fitness center, yoga room, heated pool and spa, men’s and women’s locker rooms, conference room, wine room, commercial kitchen, and private dining spaces.
