Grunley's New Subcontractor & Small Business Development Manager
Grunley is pleased to share that Todd Allen-Gifford has joined the Small Business Management Team as our new Subcontractor & Small Business Development Manager. Todd joined Grunley in 2019 as an engineer and was most recently assigned to the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, Phase 2 project as a senior project engineer. In his new role, Todd’s responsibilities will include spearheading subcontractor outreach efforts; creating small business participation and utilization plans; and developing Grunley’s Associate Partner Training Program – a new initiative aimed at helping small and disadvantaged subcontractors learn the ins and outs of what it takes to successfully work with Grunley, and on major commercial, institutional, and government construction projects.
This is a new role at Grunley, intended to maximize the results of our subcontracting efforts with small and disadvantaged businesses so that we can maintain our strong existing partnerships in the subcontracting community, as well as develop new partnerships that will benefit Grunley, our clients, and the subcontractors themselves.
